Slaapmutske Extra Dry Hop Lager is based on pilsner malt, undergoes dry hopping fermentation, and is further refermented in the bottle. This beer is gluten-free and contains no sugar. This is an extremely dry black beer with no sweetness. The roasted malts create a dark yet warm hue, evoking aromas of coffee and chocolate. Very DAY stout beer. This cuvée (grand wine) is made exclusively from grapes of the Grand Cru vineyard in Ay village. On the palate, it initially presents a gentle texture with fine bubbles, but it has a robust and structured flavor. Floral and fruity flavors.
