The owner's course is a full-bodied course filled with the charms of his hometown, Aizu! This is a very satisfying course that includes Aizu and Toyama in each dish. Please enjoy it!
Most popular ❗This course is full of horse sashimi.
This course is recommended for first-timers and includes Aizu horse sashimi and tempura manju.
Horse sashimi is not just from Kumamoto! We prepare horse sashimi delivered directly from Aizuwakamatsu in our store and serve it as sashimi! Please enjoy it with the unique Aizu-style 'spicy garlic miso'!
This is something everyone is familiar with♪ It's raw horse meat made into yukke. However, Aizu horse meat is very flavorful, and with the special spicy garlic miso, it has a unique twist that makes it different from regular yukke(^^)
Tempura manju with a history of over 100 years. While it is delicious to eat as is, the traditional way to enjoy it in the Aizu region is to dip it in soy sauce.
A traditional dish from the Aizu region of Fukushima Prefecture. Since Aizu is an inland area, it was difficult to prepare fresh seafood such as sea bream and shrimp even for celebratory occasions. For this reason, it is said that kozuyu, made with dried seafood, was created as a dish for celebrations.
This dish consists of dried herring and sansho leaves picked from the mountains, layered alternately and marinated in a sauce made from soy sauce, vinegar, sake, and mirin. It is a traditional dish from Fukushima Prefecture. Due to its long shelf life, it was valued in the inland Aizu region during times when refrigeration was not available. It pairs excellently with sake, but it can also be enjoyed as a side dish with rice, or as a delicious addition to soba, known as 'nishin soba'!
Vanilla, Matcha, Seasonal Ice Cream
I think there are customers who say, 'I don't know what kind of sake is good.' If you're unsure, please order this first and try to find your preference (^_-)-☆
The most popular sake in Toyama. It is elegant and light, so be careful as it goes down easily (laughs). It is characterized by a subtle sweetness and a refreshing taste.
This is a sake nurtured in a hidden cellar in Gifu. It is a ginjo sake characterized by a gentle ginjo aroma and a smooth, light mouthfeel. Its fresh and refreshing flavor pairs well with light dishes that have a subtle umami, enhancing their taste.
This is a sake from a brewery in Aizuwakamatsu City that adheres to the motto of 'local production for local consumption.' It has a well-rounded flavor of rice, characterized by fruity and rich sweetness. It pairs well with strong-flavored local dishes such as pickled herring with sansho!
This is a precious sake representing Aizu, which can only be obtained at a premium price even online! True to its name, which means 'joyful dew splashing,' it is a premium sake where sweetness, umami, and aroma come together in a perfect harmony!
