กลับมาอีกแน่นอน ปลาอินทรีทอดครึ่งตัวนั้นอร่อยสุดๆ จริงๆ ค่ะ แถมยังมีสาเกขัดเงา 29% ของ Hakurakusei Tojo Akizu Yamadanishiki ด้วยนะ ส่วนตัวชอบทานคู่กับสาเกมาก มีของว่างทานคู่กับสาเกเยอะมาก อร่อยทุกอย่างเลย

The main dish of fried horse mackerel was I was surprised that it looked rare! My first rare ✨! It is served with zucchini tartar. No odor or bitterness at all, wrapped in a batter that makes a light, crispy sound. Fluffy horse mackerel. The flavor is concentrated, yet light and crispy. It goes very well with salt. I wish I could have shared it with someone. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very relaxing. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing with great food and space. I would like to visit again. ที่ร้านนี้เป็นครั้งแรกที่ฉันได้กินปลาทอดแบบกึ่งสุกกึ่งดิบ รสชาติมันอร่อยมากจนทำให้ฉันตกใจและลืมความทรงจำเกี่ยวกับอาหารจานอื่นไปเลย บรรยากาศในร้านดูเก๋ไก๋และทำให้รู้สึกสบาย มีเหล้าจากภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือวางขายมากมาย

WATONJUN Torihiki Aoba-ku, Sendai City@Sendai Station East Exit Sashimi assortment Asparagus wrapped with pork belly Fried horse mackerel Chicken Munchi Tempura assortment (corn, maitake mushroom, eggplant, conger eel, sweet potato, lotus root) Chicken porridge Sudachi Inaniwa Udon Noodle Sake Hakurakusei Junmai Ginjo Hiyahoroshi Special Junmai sake for glasses The sashimi is served one portion at a time. Higashimono, a seasonal Miyagi brand tuna, is one of the best sashimi to eat this time of year. Mizunasu (eggplant), which is hard to find in Sendai, is also a nice chopstick rest. The fried horse mackerel is a perfect combination of the fluffy batter and the rare texture of the meat ✧︎. What particularly impressed me that day was the "chicken mentshi" made with seseri! It was fluffy and the black pepper accent brought out the flavor of the meat so well that it was mouthwatering. ❤︎

This was my first visit to the restaurant after reading the reviews. As expected, everything was delicious. Especially the Spanish mackerel tataki and fried horse mackerel were excellent. I also liked the use of dishes.

Dinner at It's been a while since I've been here, but I'm thrilled to see that the quality of the food has not changed ✨. Independent restaurant of the two from Sumiyaki Matsu! This is it! This is the quality! I thought many times in my mind. Everything you eat is delicious & beautiful✨ And now that they have a talented chef who used to work at Charcoal Grill Pine, it's the best yet, isn't it? I thought. The shortened hours were lifted, and the restaurant was packed with reservations, as if everyone had been waiting for it. The pinnacle of Sendai's refined izakaya ✨.

Delicious Japanese set meals 👄 Fried Honmasu trout and Date chicken are especially good ☺️ The sashimi is also delicious 😌. Daily lunch (1,250 yen) limited to 30 servings 🌸 Free refills of rice, so I had two bowls of rice with gusto 💪. Thick strawberry juice (200 yen) 🍓 The pulp is addictive 😋.
