This parfait is luxuriously made with the fragrant Ise tea from the local Watarai town. It is topped with two layers of Ise tea bavarois, Ise tea jelly, and matcha ice cream! This is the ultimate parfait featuring Ise tea.

This is a limited edition rusk that can only be purchased at our store! Our signature product, Aosa bread, is baked to a crisp and made into rusk, then carefully coated with white chocolate and milk chocolate. The surprising combination of chocolate and aosa matches beautifully!
