In addition to such alcoholic beverages as Hakata mentaiko potato salad, bonito tataki with leek ponzu vinegar, and fried chicken overflowing with juices, the main dish is a pot of Mizutaki nabe (hot pot with chicken cooked in a broth full of flavor).
