A great set that includes 3 recommended snacks from Veraison and a glass of wine☆ You can choose from sparkling, white, or red wine. It can also be changed to beer or soft drinks.
The plate featuring a selection of Verezon snacks is available for one person. You can enjoy snacks that pair well with wine. (Contents may change from time to time)
We offer cheeses from various regions within Hokkaido. You may encounter some cheeses that are hard to find elsewhere! (We also have half portions available for individuals.)
A seasonal limited menu featuring seasonal fruits and vegetables will be available.
May in Hokkaido marks the arrival of asparagus season. At Verezon, you can enjoy asparagus from Matsubara Farm paired with Müller-Thurgau from Matsubara Farm.
We also offer plates tailored to your budget. We accept reservations for potluck wine parties, curated wine events, and more.
We are continuously offering wines from various regions within the prefecture and across Japan, including those from new producers who are just starting out. We specialize in wines from Tasmania, Australia!
