[Part 1] Yakitori Sanzen Omakase Course (18 Items)

The rich juiciness, aroma, texture, and umami of our specially selected Takasaka chicken. To bring out its full potential, we’ve meticulously crafted this omakase yakitori course—from the final presentation back to the cooking process—by carefully selecting ingredients, refining preparation techniques, ensuring razor-sharp knives, and mastering the art of cooking. Appetizer, sashimi, yakitori, a special dish, palate cleanser, final course, and dessert. The menu is subject to change depending on the season and ingredient availability.
