Pedal Haus Brewery - Tempe

The first beer we ever brewed, this traditional Belgian-style witbier was fermented with a yeast strain from the Netherlands made popular by the Belgian brewery Hoegaarden. Spicy aromatics from the yeast complement the unique oils of Moroccan orange peel and freshly ground coriander, making this beer a perfect pairing choice for our salads, cheese board and steamed mussels

Kölsch, a beer style from Köln, Germany, is a mild German brew traditionally fermented with ale yeast at very cool temperatures. In Maroon Und Gold, that process creates a flavor profile that blends apple-like fruitiness with a finish of crackery malts. Crisp and refreshing, Maroon Und Gold is a perfect beer for game day -- or any day

We brewed this Best Bitter to mimic British pub ales renowned for their toffee-like malt flavor, mild hop bitterness and outstanding drinkability. We even put it on nitrogen to recreate the low carbonation levels and soft, creamy texture of U.K. cask ales

Brewed with brown, chocolate and crystal malts, this English-style brown porter sizzles with flavors of cocoa, roasted peanuts and charred steak
