[Kagoshima, Nishi Shuzou] It has a solid body, and when diluted with hot water, you can enjoy its rich aroma and deep flavor.
Using yellow koji from Kagoshima's Nishishuzou, it has a citrusy brightness reminiscent of Cointreau, not typical of sweet potato.
