The star of this course is the meat nabe of shoulder loin of Hokkaido black wagyu beef served in a fragrant yuzu broth. The richly flavored Wagyu beef is used in this dish, and its elegant aroma and melt-in-your-mouth texture are exceptional. In addition, the seafood rolls are lavishly topped with Hokkaido sea urchins, allowing you to enjoy the rich sweetness and flavor of the seafood. Other seasonal delicacies, such as a six-piece seasonal fish sashimi and saikyo grilled gindara (cod), are served in a rich and colorful manner.
