This course is a meal only. A total of 9 dishes including a choice of nabe (hot pot), Hokkaido hokke, seasonal seafood and sushi rolls! Only 2,999 yen for the meal with all-you-can-drink for 2 hours. From appetizers to desserts, this popular course is rich in seasonal flavors and Hokkaido's bounty. For the main course, you can choose from either "Pork Belly Chige Nabe with Kujo Onion and Mushrooms" or "Hakata Beef Motsunabe with Chives". The star of this course is the meat nabe of shoulder loin of Hokkaido black wagyu beef served in a fragrant yuzu broth. The richly flavored Wagyu beef is used in this dish, and its elegant aroma and melt-in-your-mouth texture are exceptional. In addition, the seafood rolls are lavishly topped with Hokkaido sea urchins, allowing you to enjoy the rich sweetness and flavor of the seafood. Other seasonal delicacies, such as a six-piece seasonal fish sashimi and saikyo grilled gindara (cod), are served in a rich and colorful manner. This is our most luxurious kaiseki course, allowing you to taste the bounty of Hokkaido all at once.
This plan is available only after 8:30 p.m. Perfect for those nights when you want to talk a little more after a night of drinking. The menu includes four kinds of hors d'oeuvres, sweet "Kitaakari" potato fries, a colorful Japanese salad, and a little earthenware rice cooked in a pot that changes daily to finish the meal.
