This course does not include a bowl, meal, or mizusashi. Recommended for those who want to enjoy sake or those who cannot eat a large amount of sake.

This is the basic lunchtime kaiseki course.
This kaiseki course allows you to enjoy suppon dishes such as chawanmushi (steamed egg custard), karaage, small pot, and zosui (rice porridge).
This is a limited-time kaiseki course featuring an array of conger eel dishes. For the conger eel shabu-shabu and rice porridge, we use broth made from the heads and bones, allowing you to fully savor the rich flavor of the conger eel. (You can also order additional à la carte dishes outside of the course.)
Indulge in a luxurious kaiseki meal at lunchtime. Enjoy dishes made with seasonal ingredients in a spacious, serene setting.
In addition to the basic menu, we offer dishes made with seasonal ingredients based on the day's procurement as today's recommendation.
We offer seasonal fresh fish from various regions of the country, including sea bream, sea urchin, golden eye snapper, Spanish mackerel, surf clam, and squid, depending on the day's catch. (The contents and types may vary from day to day. Please let us know your preferences when making a reservation.)
In addition, we offer sashimi and other dishes as today's special based on the day's ingredients.
