This kaiseki course features Yasu Suisan's carefully selected wild southern bluefin tuna as the main attraction, and includes everything from appetizers to sushi in a single course. In addition to a comparison of red meat and fatty tuna, you can also enjoy the delights of cooked tuna such as steak and rare cuts of tuna. You can savor the deep flavor of southern bluefin tuna through a flow of raw, grilled, and deep-fried dishes.
