Sea Bream Extravaganza
The set meal includes 'Uwajima's Delicacies' with sea bream rice, fried fish cake, sea bream kamaboko, and fried rolls.
Made from the fish paste of sea bream from Uwakai, Ehime Prefecture, served with wasabi soy sauce.
The swordfish is filleted into three pieces, wrapped around bamboo, marinated in a sweet sauce, and grilled. *Please note that this item may be out of stock due to weather conditions.
Even locals are surprised! Once fried from fresh ground fish paste, it has a fluffy and soft texture!
Made from minced hotaru-jako and other small fish from the Uwakai Sea in Ehime Prefecture, and deep-fried in oil.
