I still don't know the names of the 32 spices Opened on September 7, about a minute walk from Fukushima station! I thought I couldn't go on the opening day, but I made it just in time for lunch! . I think there used to be a ramen shop called Ninenya. . I was very curious about this place since there was a sign before it opened. Spicy soupless dandanmen noodles must be delicious, right? LOL! . The exterior of the restaurant is also cute with bright colors. The inside of the restaurant has a counter with less than 10 seats. I think there were less than 10 seats at the counter inside. I wish I had counted them. I think there are tables outside and you can eat there as well. (I don't know) . . Since you have come all this way - the smiling waitress lets you enter the restaurant and you buy your meal ticket outside. . It was written that there were two types of flatbread and thick flatbread, but on the opening day, only flatbread was available. . I could see from the counter that they were hard at work making it, which made a good impression. I was very curious about the vinegar lined up in front of me. . Orange vinegar, hot sauce vinegar! So many good names, so exciting! The flatbreads appeared! Wow! Beautiful! Looks wonderful! Shibazuke on top! Nice! My favorite dandanmen at a certain ramen shop in Tsukamoto had Sawan in it to accentuate it, and Shibazuke is a nice accent too! . I apologize for snapping a quick picture, missing the part in the instructions on how to eat it that said to take a picture within 20 seconds and mix it up. LOL! . Wow, they said there are 32 spices in this dish, but even I, an ignorant person who can hardly taste 32 different spices such as Sichuan pepper, Aoyama pepper, etc., the aroma of the spices when mixed together whetted my appetite! LOL! . The mixture was sticky and the noodles were chewy! I slurped up the noodles and ahhh! Delicious! I was surprised at how much I liked it, since I love soupless dandanmen noodles with a little bit of soupiness. It was 10 times better than the soupless dandan-men I had last week at another dandan-men specialty restaurant. LOL! . I enjoyed the vinegar along the way and ended up with the dive rice. Dive rice into the little leftover ingredients! . I'm so full but I'm going in! . The company is close by and I'm determined to repeat! . It was very tasty ! I will go again soon~!

... 🍜Osaka, Fukushima * Spicy and spicy medicinal noodles🍜🍜. * A soupless tantanmen restaurant with lots of spices. I tried the curry tantanmen since I usually have regular tantanmen, but they added curry spices and it tasted like curry all at once even though it looked the same as the regular ones! * It was delicious too, so give it a try 🥺✨ * ---------------------------------------------------- *

I went to Spicy Spice Yakumen, a restaurant specializing in spicy homemade noodles! There are many spiced tantanmen restaurants, but there was one in Fukushima, a fierce ramen battleground! Since it was my first time, I ordered thick tantanmen with hot egg and rice to follow! The interior of the restaurant is clean and stylish! After a 3 minute wait, my bowl of noodles arrived! It looks good from the outside! LOL! What makes it unique is that it contains Shibazuke (pickled daikon radish)! The store's poster says that Shibazuke and Tantanmen go well together at a 3 Michelin star restaurant! LOL! Is this true? I tried it, but it was a match indeed! I wondered if Shibazuke and Tantan-men go together like this! It was such a good match! The meat miso also had a strong meaty flavor and was delicious with the noodles! Thank you very much for the meal!
