A barrel-aged sparkling wine with an elegant aroma that is captivating. You can always enjoy fresh bubbles.
The salty-sweet flavor of the male plum perfectly matches the crispness of the Pole Star! It pairs well as an aperitif or with dishes.
The rich fruit flavor of cassis and the balance of acidity with sparkling wine create a refined and delicate taste.
The lemons used are from the Primo Fiore variety of Syracuse IGP in southeastern Sicily, and only carefully selected organic peels are used. It is a fruit-derived grappa adjusted to a lower alcohol content (60 degrees), and by taking time to extract it, a mild flavor and deep aroma with less stimulation have been brought out.
