In our restaurant, we use the finest black-haired wagyu beef raised on the slopes of Akagi. The meat is dry-aged, allowing the surface to dry out and the excess moisture to evaporate, resulting in a concentrated flavor and aged aroma. It is not just delicious because it is aged; it is delicious because it is dry-aged high-quality Akagi wagyu. Please enjoy the true aging experience.
