Grill the dango made from Tanba Sasayama Koshihikari rice on a tabletop grill until it is fragrant and crispy, then enjoy it with our homemade special Mitarashi sauce, Tanba Daunagon red bean paste taken from a bamboo tube, and your choice of toppings.
This is the unique flavor of 'Nama Warabi' that is boiled at high temperature and quickly chilled in ice water, available only at Gokan Cafe. The toppings include three types: Kyokurozu kinako, homemade matcha syrup, and Tanba Dainagon sweet red bean paste. Please enjoy it as you like.
Enjoy the simple deliciousness of rice balls made with Tanba Sasayama Koshihikari, grilled to your preference, topped with carefully selected ingredients, and served with Suwaen recommended brown rice tea poured over it, while drizzling with bonito broth soy sauce.
This is a dish that blends matcha with the strong umami of the stem part of the tea.
After repeated selection, only the tea leaves are carefully processed, and you can pour the right amount of water yourself to create an exquisite tea.
