Kirishima Shuzo continues to produce authentic shochu in Miyazaki Prefecture, Miyakonojo City.
This is a white koji sweet potato shochu made at 'Miyata Honten' in Nichinan City, Miyazaki Prefecture.
This is a shochu made from 60% polished 'Yamada Nishiki' rice from Oishi Sake Brewery, using Kumamoto No. 9 yeast.
Iwakura Sake Brewery is a small shochu distillery run by four people (father, mother, daughter, son).
A strong roasted aroma reminiscent of barley chocolate from Yotsuya Brewery (Oita Prefecture).
Kawagoe Sake Brewery, a traditional brewery in Miyagi Prefecture, was founded in the Edo period and is currently run by the 19th generation of its family.
Shiratama Brewing, a sake manufacturer in Kinokawa Town, Kagoshima Prefecture
