This is a genuine nigori umeshu made by straining the ume fruit used in the production of Wakayama umeshu, blended with Saika umeshu. It has a fruity taste with the essence of ume concentrated. Enjoy it in various ways such as on the rocks, straight, or mixed with soda.
A vibrant yuzu sake that luxuriously uses yuzu produced by contracted farmers in Wakayama, with a juice content of over 50%. It beautifully expresses a rich yuzu aroma and a smooth mouthfeel, delivering a refreshing clarity.
Please enjoy not only the refreshing aroma and taste of this dessert-like liqueur filled with the juicy fruits of Nara-grown Wenzhou mikan, but also the light and mysterious texture that dances in your mouth.
This is a liqueur that resembles a fruit juice packed with apple juice and fruit produced in Nara. It luxuriously uses both grated apples and diced apples, fully bringing out the natural sweetness and juiciness of the apples.
Ubusuna in Shiga refers to the land where a person is born and its guardian deity. Matsu no Tsukasa Ubusuna values the connection to the land of Ryuo, expressing gratitude for this land, the rice nurtured here, and the sake made from that rice.
