Gomasuri Chanko

Our proud chanko dashi, carefully extracted from the umami of chicken, kombu, and vegetables, is light yet low in calories, high in protein, and rich in collagen. It can be enjoyed healthily and deliciously by everyone from women to children and the elderly.

Fresh fish balls made with sardines and yuzu. Squid dumplings with fragrant shiso and lotus root. Tsukune made with Oyamachi chicken seasoned with sansho, all handmade daily at our shop.

Please enjoy the finest quality sesame and aonori, ground in a bowl, with hand-squeezed sudachi from Tokushima and chanko dashi. Additionally, if you add chili pepper or yuzu pepper to your liking, it will further enhance the depth of flavor.
