We use carefully selected top-quality domestic soba flour ground with a stone mill, and make it with a ratio of 2 parts wheat flour to 8 parts soba flour in the Edo style. It is thin and has a good texture, making it a pleasant soba to eat.

We use carefully selected premium domestic buckwheat flour ground with a stone mill, and we make the noodles with 100% buckwheat flour without using any binder. The natural flavor (aroma and sweetness) of buckwheat is enhanced, resulting in a taste far superior to that of regular soba noodles. Our 100% buckwheat soba noodles are thin, have a good texture and smoothness, and are easy to eat, allowing you to experience the authentic taste of soba.
We grate Yamato potatoes and stretch them with our special dipping sauce. Please enjoy with soba dipping sauce.
※Large size available for an additional 600 yen. Our duck is cooked using the highest quality domestic duck, which has no strong flavor and a sweet taste. It is generously filled with duck meat and stir-fried leeks in duck oil, and served with a broth made from duck. This is our most cost-effective and recommended dish. You can taste the true deliciousness of duck. Please enjoy it.
