Tamba chestnuts are among the rarest and highest quality Japanese chestnuts. They possess a unique texture and sweetness that is unmatched by other chestnuts, and their size is notably large. The luxurious presentation featuring eight whole Tamba chestnuts is truly impressive. Combined with special Japanese chestnuts soaked in maple syrup, there are a total of 14 chestnuts in the wooden box. Accented with fresh blueberries, this extravagant 'Tamba Chestnut Celebration' is crafted with sweet potato dough. It is a delightful gift and a choice for special occasions, making it a truly satisfying item. For customers who wish, gold leaf can be added to the Celebration upon reservation (available for pickup the next day or later, free service).
A rich maple chestnut made with Kumamoto prefecture's Japanese chestnuts soaked in maple syrup, along with two types of chestnuts: the flavorful chestnuts with their skins on and the original taste of Japanese chestnuts. There are as many as 13 pieces in the wooden box! For chestnut lovers, this is truly a dream-like 'Waguri no Keiki.' Fresh blueberries scattered on a sweet potato dough add a wonderful change to the flavor, resulting in a luxurious dish that you can't stop eating once you start.
This is a hearty dish that uses plenty of walnuts. The rich flavor of brown sugar and butter enhances the deliciousness of sweet potatoes, and the dough pairs perfectly with the walnuts. Simple yet special ingredients complement each other, resulting in the concentrated deliciousness of 'Kurumi no Keiki.'
We combined special Aomori apples, carefully simmered in brown sugar, with a moist dough enriched with plenty of sweet potatoes, enhanced by butter and sun-dried salt. Accented with raisins and infused with the aroma of cinnamon, 'Apple Celebration' elevates the classic combination to an extraordinary flavor, thanks to the 'ingredient power' of each carefully selected component.
The 'Honey Sweet Potato Cake' is a pound cake made with plenty of the rare 'Annou Sweet Potato', which has a higher sugar content than fruit due to aging. This plain type allows you to fully experience the 'rich and gentle sweetness of the honey sweet potato' and the 'moist and elegant texture baked in wooden boxes one by one'. You can enjoy a simple yet deeply satisfying deliciousness that lingers even after the last bite.
