Steccaia Costa Toscana Bianco IGT with notes of grass, fennel, and citrus fruits, featuring a refreshing and sharp acidity, along with minerality, resulting in a well-balanced wine. Varieties: Vermentino 70% Sauvignon Blanc 30%
Falanghina DOC has green notes reminiscent of white flowers and herbs. It has a concentrated flavor with a hint of almond. Its beautiful acidity pairs well with seafood and meat dishes.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels, it has a fresh aroma reminiscent of pineapple without an overwhelming oak scent. As the temperature rises, it becomes even smoother and more flavorful. There is a mineral quality, but it has a deep taste. Grape variety: 100% Vernaccia.
Lauro Toscana Bianco grapes are hand-picked from selected bunches. They are softly pressed and fermented. The wine is aged in stainless steel tanks for 4 months, followed by at least 2 months of bottle aging. It has a deep lemon yellow color. There are hints of crispness and a baked goods-like oak aroma. There is no excessive oak influence, and as the temperature rises, a subtle sweetness increases, enhancing the overall flavor. Varieties: Viognier 70%, Chardonnay 30%
Toscana Bianco Camporella was hand-harvested in early September. Fermentation was carried out using indigenous yeast in 8hl amphorae without temperature control, with a maceration period of 5 months. During this time, alcoholic fermentation was conducted manually. It was then aged for an additional month in the same vessel and further aged for 3 months in the bottle. It has a beautiful golden color with a bitter orange hue. The aroma is delicate with notes of fruit, apricot, and peach. It is a rich and flavorful white wine, not a rosé. Grape variety: 100% Trebbiano.
Chianti DOCG is produced exclusively for Japan. It has aromas of ripe plums, cherries, and violets. It has a smooth mouthfeel with a hint of spice reminiscent of black pepper on the finish. Grape variety: 100% Sangiovese.
Chianti Classico DOCG has aromas of prunes, blackberries, and eucalyptus. It is a rich full-bodied wine. Varietal: 100% Sangiovese.
Santa Goccia IGT has silky and soft tannins with a long finish. It has a juicy flavor reminiscent of moderately ripe red fruits. Varieties: Sangiovese 70%, Canaiolo 20%, Trebbiano 10%
Vallino Costa Toscana Rosso is a full-bodied wine with a supple richness and abundant fruitiness. It lacks the greenness of Cabernet, and the balance between the mellow tannins and the acidity of Sangiovese is wonderful. There are bitter nuances and spices within the fruity aroma. Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 85%, Sangiovese 10%, Syrah 5%
Rosso di Montalcino DOC has aromas of blueberries, raspberries, and strawberries, with an elegant taste. Variety: 100% Sangiovese.
Gambassino Rosso IGT aged for 18 months in Slovenian oak and French oak barriques. A supple and harmonious taste. Ripe cassis, blueberries, blackberries, and American cherries, with a fruity sweetness in the aroma. Varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon 85%, Sangiovese 15%.
Anna has the aroma of spicy and ripe red fruits. It is a wine with an elegant and balanced long finish. Aged for 6 months in French oak barrels after malolactic fermentation. 6 months of bottle aging. Variety: 100% Merlot.
Toscana Rosso Timeo IGT, aged for 6 months in steel tanks after maceration and 1 year in bottle. It has a slightly wild aroma with nuances of ripe red fruits, black pepper, and rosehip. Enjoy a spicy finish. Variety: 100% Canaiolo.
After undergoing malolactic fermentation, it is aged for three years in Slovenian and French oak before being bottled and released after five years. It has a rich presence of sweet, smooth tannins. Variety: 100% Sangiovese Grosso.
After maceration, it is aged in the bottle for at least one year. It offers a solid fruitiness reminiscent of blueberries and a slightly stronger dry tannin. A wine that can be enjoyed in a relaxed manner. Varieties: Sangiovese, Syrah
