Saga Prefecture: Founded in the 8th year of the Kansei era (1796) by Yano Sake Brewery in Kashima City, Saga Prefecture, continuing the sake-making tradition for over 220 years. With the motto of 'Inheriting the old and creating the new,' we aim to utilize the goodness of the old while innovating new creations. We continue to evolve while taking on new challenges. One cup.
