This plan uses a variety of Wakayama's ingredients such as local fish, wild boar, and Wakayama's brand-name chicken. Sashimi includes abalone.
Wild boar meat is a monohybrid of a sow and a male boar. The color is darker red than pork, and the meat has the tenderness of pork and the flavor of wild boar without the smell. Please enjoy it in our blended miso nabe.

Kumano-gyu is a premium Japanese beef produced in Wakayama Prefecture, and was created through the breeding of selected bloodlines. Try it with sansho (Japanese pepper) grilled steak.
