Our restaurant's pride is unagi cuisine. It is carefully grilled over charcoal. Please understand that there may be some variation in size with natural unagi. Additionally, while unagi from the Kanto region is steamed, unagi from the Kansai region is grilled without steaming. Therefore, there is a difference in the texture of the meat. Please be aware that our restaurant serves grilled unagi with a sweet and savory sauce.
