This dish offers an affordable way to enjoy the spicy braised ribs in the Dongin-dong style, addressing the high cost of the traditional Dongin-dong braised ribs. To reduce the amount of bones, both ribs and neck meat are used.
My father loves the soybean noodle soup from Chilseong-dong grandmother so much that it was born after much research.
You can taste the traditional Dongin-dong beef braised short ribs. We cook it on the spot using aged meat as a principle.
This dish, which combines steamed short ribs and a combo, originated in the alley of Dongin-dong in 1962. Reservation is required.
Prepared for young family guests. Spicy braised ribs can be ordered from two servings, but soy sauce braised ribs can be ordered as a single serving.
