Fromage Danish Deniltao

Using a deep-flavored Danish dough that allows you to feel the aroma of wheat and butter. The dough is folded into 16 layers and baked to create a crunchy texture. A smooth cream made with mascarpone from fresh milk produced in the Notsuke area of Hokkaido, which has a gentle milk flavor and rich depth, combined with custard. Hokkaido cream cheese is blended with honey to create a rich cream that harmonizes the balance of saltiness, acidity, and sweetness. This apple pie uses the same mascarpone cheese cream as our signature product 'Fromage Danish' and is made with plenty of Hokkaido ingredients. To enhance the sweetness of Hokkaido apples, we selected two types of cheese: cream cheese and mascarpone. With a crispy pie crust made from Hokkaido wheat and butter, combined with Hokkaido apples and Denirtau cheese, this is a dream-like sweet apple pie.
