CURRY SHOP OZIRA Koenji

Whale's signboard curry. The secret to its 'refreshing' flavor lies in the exquisite blend of 10 types of spices layered with homemade garam masala. Inspired by South Indian cuisine, it is finished sharply without using butter.

A super popular curry that is sour and spicy. It is quite sour. For those who get hooked, it is a must-try recommended by Kujira. The tanginess of red wine vinegar and the deep flavor of spices create a spicy taste. It is based on a curry from the Goa region. Please refrain if you are not fond of it.

Meaty umami and the fun texture of lotus root. Deeply designed spices blended with coarsely ground meat. This is a gentle-tasting curry that you will want to eat again and again. The recipe is quite original. It has been published on the official Instagram of Kujira, so please check it out.
