A wonderful banquet plan with local specialties from Kyushu! The Kagoshima Kurobuta Pork Cold Shabu Salad is not only thick, but also has a lingering flavor! Motsu nabe is also a course full of local delicacies for the cold season!

A hearty course with a choice of nabe. We serve Japanese beef entrails directly from the place of production and serve them fresh, so you can enjoy the taste of the ingredients with only a few seasonings. The mild taste of the beef is not stringy and is hard to find anywhere else. This is a popular course that can be selected for farewell and welcome parties.

Enjoy a banquet with "Kyushu sakimori" containing the freshest sashimi and "Tenjin motsu nabe", a hot pot perfect for the season! The menu includes kobachi (small bowl of cooked food), spicy cod roe, Kyushu sori, sakura-meat horse-meat sashimi, daily special Satsuma-age, bite-sized gyoza, toriten (chicken tempura), etc. We recommend the horse sashimi with ginger soy sauce and sake or shochu.
