This is pork neck that has been selected from domestic grade 1 or higher female pigs and aged for 2 weeks through WET AGING. You can enjoy a tender pork neck that breaks the stereotype of being tough.
You can enjoy thick pork belly and the chewy intercostal meat from the rib bones together.
