This is a healthful course meal that incorporates seasonal ingredients and local vegetables in abundance. Please contact us directly by phone when you make a reservation.
The image is a carpaccio salad with instant smoked striped jack.
Weekday lunch menu, limited to 10 people, appetizer not shown in the image, but comes with plenty of salad.
Tender beef cheeks braised in plenty of red wine until they are so soft that they can be easily picked up with chopsticks.

This Iwate duck is very easy to eat without any distinctive taste. Please try it at least once.
The richness of lamb and the flavor of Gorgonzola cheese complement each other very well. Highly recommended.
