A standard home-style ramen topped with one slice of chashu, three sheets of nori, and spinach. The joy of home-style ramen is customizing it to your liking by adding toppings or changing the flavor with table condiments.
Our number one popular dish is definitely this one. The soft-boiled egg, which is prepared every morning, is exquisite. It goes well with the ramen, but we recommend putting it on top of the complimentary mini rice, mixing the creamy yolk with the rice, and then wrapping it with seaweed to eat.
This is ramen topped with a mountain of domestically produced white shredded green onions. The slightly spicy green onions complement the ramen.
This is truly an all-star ramen, featuring a regular ramen with two slices of chashu, three sheets of nori, and a seasoned egg added. If you're unsure of what to eat, this is the one to go for!
This is a ramen for chashu lovers, topped with five thick slices of chashu.
This is a dipping noodle dish with a rich pork and seafood broth that is addictive. The chewy thick noodles pair perfectly with the soup.
Our shop's number 3 popular dish. It is a slightly spicy miso ramen based on pork bone broth. The homemade chicken oil, unique to the Yokohama style, does a great job. In addition to the usual chashu, seaweed, and spinach, it is lavishly topped with white shredded green onions, a half-boiled egg, and menma.
An original menu item exclusive to the Higashi-Nagasaki store. Developed with the concept of mixed noodles that go well with rice. It contains a generous blend of various oils, including homemade chicken oil, but the oiliness is perfectly balanced, ensuring it never feels greasy.
Special dumplings made with Kagoshima black pork.
Delicious rice made from domestically produced rice cooked in a gas pot, available for free. Plus, you can have as much as you want. Please enjoy the collaboration of carbohydrates with ramen and rice.
Warning: Large Serving Alert! This is a generous topping of bean sprouts and cabbage piled high in a ramen bowl, drizzled with a special sauce based on salt dressing and chili oil. It pairs well with ramen, but can also be a side dish for rice or a perfect companion for beer. And it's only 100 yen! What else could you call a great deal?
A classic bowl from the Iekei style topped with proud domestic green onions and chashu pork over rice. An unbeatable price of 200 yen!
