A masterpiece brewed with rice varieties called Miyama Nishiki and Yamahoushi, polished to 45%. The unique aroma of high polishing is gentle and reminiscent of ginjo rice. Although it is dry, the smooth mouthfeel has a transparency like spring water, enhancing the flavors of food with a straightforward finish.
The aroma is also modest, and you can feel the umami the moment you take a sip, but the aftertaste is very quick, with a sharp dryness that rushes in. Despite that, it has a rich flavor with a sake meter of +15. Made from Aomori Prefecture's 'Massigura' polished to 55%. Glass.
A super dry junmai sake made using Fukui-produced rice 'Gohyaku Mangoku' polished to 58%. It has a remarkable balance of richness even with a sake meter value of +12, making it enjoyable without getting tired of it. It is a well-known sake nationwide, referred to as 'When it comes to super dry, it's Harushika.' Glass
Using high-quality sake brewing rice 'Hidahomare', this is a junmai sake from Hida with an extremely low sugar content, making it very dry. Amidst the spiciness, the deliciousness that rushes through your body and the refreshing, crisp aftertaste are exceptional. Glass

The mellow and smooth flavor unique to long-term barrel aging of barley shochu is exquisite. The toasty aroma of barley spreads in the mouth, along with a refreshing finish. This sweet potato shochu uses 100% of the excellent sweet potato 'Kogane Senkan' from Minamisatsuma, Kagoshima Prefecture. Its flavor is exceptional, to say the least. Furthermore, by using black koji and fermenting in a clay pot, and distilling under normal pressure, it maximizes the unique umami and sweetness characteristic of sweet potato shochu, featuring a light mouthfeel and a refined, elegant aroma. 720ml bottle.
