The familiar 'Imoni' at the Imoni-kai is a delicious dish made with beef broth, soy sauce, and sugar, giving taro a sweet flavor. You can also enjoy 'Dashi Tofu' with chopped vegetables on tofu, pickles such as greens, peas, and red turnips, and seasonal mountain and sea delicacies.
Fried rice seasoned with butter and soy sauce, rich and thick. Generously topped with fresh sea urchin, allowing its umami to permeate throughout.
Delicious skewers made with carefully selected ingredients and salt.
Local fish is used. The assortment includes around 8 types of seafood such as oysters, sea bream, and squid. Served with namero, homemade squid salted guts, and squid liver miso pickles, which pair well with sake.
Fresh horse sashimi without any strong taste pairs well with beer.
Yamagata specialty cold meat soba noodles, with a flavorful broth.
Also available in hot soba.
There is also warm soba.
