You can enjoy a variety of dishes using many of Shimonoseki's specialties and Yamaguchi Prefecture's meat shabu-shabu at the same time, which only a shabu-shabu restaurant can offer! This is a course only available at the Shimonoseki restaurant. Finish with "KAWARA-Soba"! We hope you will enjoy it.
We offer the pride of Shimonoseki, fuguchi-chiri, a luxurious dish of fugu (blowfish). The fugu has an unbelievably delicious taste, and the broth in which the flavor is melted is so delicious that you will want to drink every last drop of it. All-you-can-drink option is available for an additional ￥1305 (tax included). We will serve dishes other than the hot pot by itself for up to 6 persons.
This is a special plan that includes an all-you-can-drink package. This is a hearty course featuring sukiyaki with "Choshu-dori," a brand-name chicken from Yamaguchi Prefecture characterized by its tender and juicy meat with no odor, and udon as the finishing dish. Up to 6 persons can enjoy dishes other than the hot pot by themselves.
