Curry Udon Hikari Tokyo

Perfect for summer nights, the broth is rich, making the udon at the end delicious. Created during overseas spice training, this is the second signature dish of Hikari, serving for two.

Specialty No.3 Absolutely must try, freshly fried cutlet of top-quality breast meat from young chickens, dipped in the famous yakitori sauce that has been passed down for over 40 years. Enjoy it with a warm egg yolk.

Using premium chopped tuna, I luxuriously mixed it with a homemade sauce for beef yukke that I learned from my friend Kim-chan in Seoul, and it’s delicious.

Hikari explosively delicious homemade secret bird miso, gently simmered with specially ordered young chicken thighs. When topped with slightly chilled vegetables and mixed with meat miso and mayonnaise, it becomes heaven.

It seems to be only available at Hikari in Tokyo! Currently, due to rising costs and difficulties in procurement. We serve it in the kitchen, and the taste is the same, so please mix it while eating it warm.

We have improved our special flat noodles, which are fragrant with wheat that does not lose to our homemade medicinal spice curry made with over 20 types of ingredients. This is Hikari, the mildly spicy curry udon you have been looking for, and the adult medicinal curry is here. Please be careful, it is addictive, haha.

We simmered freshly processed chicken thigh meat with Okinawa's sacred salt, red rock salt, and handmade salt from Kyushu, creating a gentle flavor. In the latter half, by dissolving the exquisite yuzu pepper served on the side into the soup, you can truly appreciate the aroma and taste of Hikari's udon noodles. It's a superb dish.
