The main brand used for yakitori is Amakusa Daio, a locally raised chicken from Kumamoto. These chickens are raised with subsoil water from Aso with high mineral content and carefully selected feed. You can enjoy a wide range of skewers from standard to rare parts of the chicken. We serve fresh meat that is disassembled by hand every morning, with each part carefully grilled and seasoned, so please enjoy it warm without removing it from the skewer. We also serve some items rare, so please feel free to let us know if you are not a fan. In addition to skewers, we also offer a wide variety of a la carte dishes, so please enjoy our specialties with a glass of sake. The menu may differ from the pictures. Please let us know if there are any ingredients you are not fond of.
Orders for skewers a la carte are accepted after the course has ended. Our charcoal-grilled chicken skewers, from Torimegu, are prepared slowly and carefully. We offer rare cuts as well. Our skewers are larger than those at other establishments. Each cut is seasoned and grilled to perfection for a delicious experience. Popular choices include the meaty 'Yagen' and the juicy, chewy 'Harami'. We also have rare cuts available, so please be sure to try them at least once.
