Since our establishment, we have been providing generous portions of miso katsu. In particular, the miso used for our miso katsu has received great acclaim for its long-standing traditional techniques and flavors. The oil used at Mikawaya is entirely plant-based, so those concerned about health can enjoy it with peace of mind.

Mikawaya's pride, handmade udon and soba, made with carefully selected ingredients and flour, finished with heartfelt dedication. We do not use any additives such as chemicals or preservatives, and our products are made with traditional craftsmanship that has been passed down through generations, ensuring safe and reliable food.
