We source domestic pork belly in blocks and slice it in-house. The meat is blanched to remove excess oil, making it a healthy option. Enjoy the taste of home with our popular classic menu item.
The pork used is domestically produced, including from Toyama Prefecture. It is delivered in a chilled state without ever being frozen, and cut in-house. Bamboo shoots, carrots, onions, and green peppers are all domestically sourced.
Made with mackerel from Norway. It has a better fat content than domestic mackerel, and the highest quality mackerel is from Norway. In fact, this fat is also the charm of mackerel!
Kinpira Gobo is made mainly using Aomori-produced burdock. Carrots and sesame seeds are mixed with this burdock, stir-fried in sesame oil to give it a glossy finish, and seasoned only with dashi and sugar.
