Shio Negi Wontan Chashu-men This is a highly conscious ramen with no chemical seasoning and additive-free broth. I've been wanting to try this ramen ever since the visual appealed to me. Additive-free soup is soaked in water! I had it when I was in the mood for this kind of food, but it was really tasty! The chashu (pork) is also great as it can be loosened up with chopsticks. The shrimp wontons are also fun. I want to try the miso next time. If you want to live a healthy ramen lifestyle, this is the place to go. #🍜

Negi Miso Ramen Only miso noodles could be changed to medium-thick noodles, so I changed it! Yum! I love medium-thick noodles. When you eat miso ramen when you're in a miso tension, it really, really permeates your body. The blood becomes miso soup. It was delicious. I succeeded in eating salt, soy sauce, and miso all at once, so next time I want to try the Saturday and Sunday only type if I can find it...! #🍜

Soy sauce wonton noodle soup. Kindly 〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜〜! I had salt green onion the last time I was here, so I decided to try soy sauce. I had salt onion the last time I was here, so I decided to try the soy sauce version. The wontons are so soft and juicy and delicious. I'm tempted to add wontons to miso when I have shio and shoyu. ...... Oh...it's not on the menu. ...... #🍜
