Junmai Daiginjo / With a ginjo aroma reminiscent of tropical fruits from the Yamada Nishiki region, it spreads the rich flavor of Yamada Nishiki in the mouth, has a mellow sweetness, and is a well-balanced delicious sake.
This is a sake with a rich aroma reminiscent of fruits, bringing out the umami and sweetness of rice.
As a raw sake, it is refreshing and easy to drink. Its flavor is robust, allowing enjoyment across a wide range of temperatures from chilled to warmed.
We wanted more people to enjoy the authentic sake of 'Junmai' sake, so we kept the price reasonable. It has a refined aroma, a rich body, and a crisp quality.
A gentle umami that feels soothing and a sourness that envelops you. A calm flavor with sharp and crisp umami and a rich lingering aroma. It is recommended to serve at room temperature or slightly warmed.
The aroma is gentle, and due to the aging process, the flavor of the rice can be fully appreciated.
As you continue to drink, it gradually allows you to feel the depth of its flavor, and it also shows its characteristics as a raw sake.
This is a rich and dry type of junmai sake. It has a full-bodied flavor that fully retains the original deliciousness of junmai sake.
Junmai Daiginjo, in a state of no pressure at 39% remaining, expresses the beautiful qualities such as aroma and fullness that the junmai daiginjo mash originally possesses without losing them, in order to separate the sake from the mash.
It has a gentle aroma and is very easy to drink. A delicious dry junmai sake.
To be honest, when you drink it, it is beautifully clean, which is hard to believe for a low-polished sake. The richness of the junmai and the sharpness of the dry finish are wonderfully expressed in this sake.
This sake is a masterpiece that fully brings out the characteristics of the new sake rice (Dewa no Sato) from Yamagata.
The aroma has a slight fruity note, but it is subdued. When you take a sip of this sake, the fresh flavor permeates your mouth.
