Holy crap, I got there before 11:30 and was given PP! I was finally able to get the limited edition! It's only until 7/30 so it was a close call😜!!! :) :) ☘Cold Heiko (💴850) Only available at ⚠️ (~7/30) Toppings are on a separate plate. It looks clear and beautiful 🌷. The soup is slightly oily due to the dried oil on the surface. Medium thin noodles with high water content and firm texture. The soup has a refreshing hit with the aroma, but also contains an astringent bitterness in the bitter. I also enjoyed soaking the toppings in the hitahita. As the name suggests, it is like a chilled version of the defo Heiko Chinese noodles? It seems to be my first chilled challenge.â Thanks for the treat. : : :

✏️Raamen Aozora〗〖Tenpaku〗Nagoya-shi〗. ------------------------ 🍀Tsukemen (💴850) First visit in half a year✨ I had a hard time deciding between Chinese soba or tsukemen, so I went for tsukemen for the first time in a while. The noodles are flat and smooth with a hint of wheat flavor. When you dip it in the dipping sauce The astringency of the dried dried laver and the richness of the oichi-niboshi and the strength of the knots make a very exciting impression. The sweetness of the pork bone supports the second half of the soup, The sweetness of the pork bone supports and harmonizes the latter half of the soup. I wonder if this place allows you to split the soup 🤔. Shio-soba with scallion is lightly seasoned. I came to this restaurant on a ramen stamp rally, but I'm not a fan of strong soups, so I was looking forward to visiting the restaurant! I ordered the "Chicken and Niboshi Shio-Soba" (salt soba with chicken and dried shrimp), which is really light because it contains asari (asari is also included)! The customer service was just as impressive as Koyoken's, and the level of satisfaction was high (๑-๑̀ㅂ-́)و✧.

I pressed the button for the first time in 3 months, The amount of dried fish has increased since the last time I had it, It's just like the first time I received it again. It is a cup that appeals the presence of Heiko. Even though the quantity has increased, it is not egregious, The medium thin noodles with whole wheat flour go well with each other, The flavors of wheat and niboshi (dried sardines) combine well with each other. The soy sauce flavor deepens as the second half of the bowl goes on, and the lingering taste lingers in the back of the throat for a long time. Thank you very much. : :

The white soup, caged with the flavor of saba-bushi (mackerel bones), is thickened and composed more roundly by the pork bones, and the salt flavor is enhanced. The straight, thin noodles are intertwined well with the noodles, and the flavor of the broth and the soft wheat flavor make a good combination, and the noodles are sweet compared to the richness of the flavor, making it easy to KK🍜. I liked the stringiness and texture of the chicken char 🌷. Thank you for the meal. : : : : I learned that the owner is also a former law student with a PhD and has worked in a lawyer's office, The restaurant was still open. I was still in the middle of business, so I suppressed the tension of wanting to hear more about it and left the restaurant. I'll talk to him more next time ✨. If I had been smart, I would have wanted to be a lawyer too. My dream in elementary school failed in my third year of college... 💔. Now I'm aiming for a PhD in the math department... :) :.

Sansho-scented salt soba noodles (limited time only) It has been a year and a half since I have had this limited edition noodle dish. Since I had Chinese soba noodles last time, I was excited to have salt soba noodles with sansho (Japanese pepper). My legs were light on the way to the restaurant. The clear soup and thin noodles. The soup is full of charm right from the start. When you drink the soup, the aroma of sansho (Japanese pepper) spreads along with the salty flavor. The aroma of sansho, which is not too strong but still strong, and the stimulation it leaves in your mouth are exquisite. Delicious! The chashu pork is also of high quality, and I can't stop eating. When you finish eating, you will feel the lingering taste of sansho in your mouth. I felt warm and a little tingly. I thought I had finished eating, but after a while, I found myself taking another sip of soup. It was the type of shio-soba that I would like to see on the regular menu.

Heiko Ramen Ramen noodles with pork bone and dried fish soup. It's delicious. I get tired of regular tonkotsu ramen, but when it's made with niboshi, I can enjoy it all the way through. The chashu pork was also my favorite type of pork. It was also very cool that the restaurant was located after passing through the rows of cherry trees. I want to try tsukemen sometime..! #🍜

🌸Thank you again for your help this year🌸 : : : : ➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・ Ramen Souzora 1-2012 Iguchi, Tenpaku-ku, Nagoya, Aichi 🏠, Japan Hara station 5 min. ☀️ 11:30-14:30 🌙 18:30-21:30 💤 Tuesday 💺 15 seats (including 7 seats at the counter) 🚭 🅿️ 6 units ➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・➖・ : : : A place I frequent because it's near my school 🌸 I'll probably stop by again for a few years 🌸 I wanted to say hi to the owner... I overslept and was just in time. I know they were offering a limited edition of sansho, but I'm not a fan of sansho, so I'll stick with my usual. :) :) 🍀Heiko Chinese Soba Noodle (💴780) The soy sauce and the heiko come in equal concentrations of flavor, and the flavor of the heiko escapes through the nose. The soup is sweet and refreshing when you only take it with you, When you slurp the slightly frizzy, medium-thin noodles, they intertwine very nicely with the flatfish, and you feel a rush of satisfaction. It's interesting to order this regularly in intervals, as it changes a little each time☆. Thank you very much. : : : :
