A masterpiece brewed by Kamosen Shuzo, known as the pioneer of Junmai sake, using the traditional brewing method. Enjoy the ultimate luxury marriage of Kamosen's Junmai Daiginjo with premium eel.
This sake is brewed by Kamosawa Shuzo using 'Hiroshima Hachitane' and 'Shin Senbon' rice varieties suitable for Hiroshima's climate and terroir. It is a slightly amber-colored junmai ginjo sake that retains the original flavor and aroma of the sake as it is not filtered with activated charcoal. This is a bottle that is not easily found in liquor stores.
