เมื่อเข้ามาในร้านจะรู้สึกถึงบรรยากาศแบบญี่ปุ่นที่น่าพอใจ และได้ยินเสียงเพลงที่นุ่มนวลทำให้รู้สึกผ่อนคลาย พนักงานในชุดญี่ปุ่นต้อนรับด้วยรอยยิ้มและบริการอย่างสุภาพ เนื้อปลาไหลนุ่มและมีกลิ่นหอม ส่วนการย่างนั้นมีรสชาติที่ดีและความอร่อยของปลาไหลโดดเด่นมาก การย่างขาวเมื่อรับประทานกับเกลือที่เสิร์ฟจะทำให้รสชาติขยายออกไป และสามารถเพลิดเพลินกับสองรสชาติได้อย่างดี ข้าวนุ่มและเข้ากันได้ดี และการบริการก็ราบรื่น มีที่จอดรถใกล้ๆ และรู้สึกถึงความสะดวกสบายรวมถึงตู้ปลาเล็กๆ ที่ทางเข้าหรือที่นั่งแบบญี่ปุ่น
