Grown on the sun-drenched, windswept plains by the sea, this Primitivo expresses its unique terroir with a deep ruby red colour and complex aromas of plum and cherry jam. Fermented and macerated for around 15 days at controlled temperatures, followed by malolactic fermentation and six months in stainless steel, it delivers a broad, fruity profile typical of the variety.
