In Iwate Prefecture, the Vegetable Chicken is raised for about 50 days in a thoroughly controlled environment, fed with a carefully selected plant-based diet. It is known for its light flavor without being greasy, while still having a rich meatiness. Enjoy this chicken served hot on a sizzling plate. To maintain freshness until serving, it is vacuum frozen, so it may take a little time. Please savor the natural umami of the fresh chicken with condiments such as green onions, rock salt, lemon, and wasabi.
The attractive premium black Wagyu beef from Ibaraki Prefecture, Hitachi beef. The fat is sweet and juicy. If you are coming from outside the prefecture, please be sure to try it. It is very delicious.
Known as the king of hot pots, the 'anglerfish hot pot' is in season around January to February when the cold becomes severe. Our anglerfish hot pot features a soup base made with soy sauce and miso, rather than the muddy broth typically associated with it. Additionally, by thoroughly preparing and rinsing the fish for over half a day, we eliminate any unpleasant odors. Please enjoy the various textures of the different parts (known as the seven tools of anglerfish) and the anglerfish liver, often referred to as the foie gras of the sea. The finishing rice porridge is also highly recommended as it is rich in collagen and flavor. Orders start from two servings. We hope you enjoy the winter flavors of Ibaraki.
