This bento uses the first pick seaweed from Ariake. It features recommended red salmon from a wholesale dealer, egg omelet made with the award-winning 'Asama Komachi' eggs, pickled plums from Fukui Prefecture, and simple yet high-quality ingredients from Chino Yonezawa Venus rice. 1400 yen (including tax 1512 yen)

(Kagra Gozen) A classic dish since the opening of Kagra. It consists of two types of grilled rice balls (original miso and soy sauce) and a soup, representing the rustic cuisine of Shinshu. The grilled rice balls use Kagra's special Shichifuku miso for the 'Shichifuku' variety and a blend of two premium soy sauces from Okubo Brewing (Matsumoto City), enhanced with the umami and flavor of bonito flakes and kelp for the 'Kanro' variety. *Please choose between Shinshu Nohira soup or seasonal soups for the soup option.
(Kisoji Gozen) Sakura meat (horse meat) simmered for two days with Shichifuku miso and local soy sauce, served on rice topped with the yolk of the premium egg 'Asama Komachi' from Saku. Horse meat is high in protein and low in fat, considered nutritious and good for health, and has been served to travelers in this post town as hot pot and simmered dishes since ancient times. *Please choose between Shinshu Nohira soup or seasonal soups.
(Braised Black Wagyu Beef)
This is a casual meal typical of a post town, featuring Gohei Mochi, a specialty of Shinshu, served with a soup. The Gohei Mochi is specially made by 'Yamagiri Shokudo' located in Kiso Tsumago. The miso sauce drizzled over the Gohei Mochi uses the original Shichifuku Miso from Kagura, giving it a fluffy and rich flavor. *Please choose between Shinshu Nohira Soup or seasonal soups.
This is a meal set featuring rice topped with a rich and flavorful egg called 'Asama Komachi' (from Saku), nurtured by the climate of Shinshu. Enjoy the rice with soy sauce and grilled sake prepared for the meal set, along with a side of Shichifuku miso (spicy and delicious) and simmered black-haired wagyu beef. You can enjoy high-quality egg rice. *Please choose between Shinshu Nohira soup or seasonal soups.
(Nanban Gozen) This is a special curry original to Kagura. The spiciness is toned down to enhance the umami when enjoyed with Shichifuku Miso (deliciously spicy), resulting in a gentle and somewhat nostalgic flavor. All ingredients, including pork and vegetables, are blended into the roux. *No soup is included.
Large rice +50 yen, Shinshu pork braised +400 yen, Asama Komachi egg (whole egg or egg yolk) +150 yen, salad can be changed to soup for an additional +200 yen.
