The skewers fried with extremely fine fresh breadcrumbs, used by only a few places in Osaka including a certain famous restaurant, are characterized by their lightness and crispy texture. By offering them in small portions, you can order without worrying about the quantity.

Among the skewered dishes that require careful preparation, our original 【Cold Skewers】 are particularly popular. Dishes like the 'Cheese and Tomato Wrapped in Prosciutto Skewers', 'Shrimp and Spicy Avocado Sauce Fresh Spring Roll Skewers', and 'Domestic Beef Tataki with Ponzu Jelly Skewers' are excellent as appetizers. The thick tongue root is slowly roasted with low-temperature cooking, resulting in a soft and smooth texture that is juicy. It is the overwhelmingly popular No. 1 meat dish at our restaurant. Additionally, you can enjoy hearty meat dishes such as steaks made from black-haired Wagyu beef.
